Wedding Planning Packages
• Consulting on a Destination: SKY will research and advise on selecting a destination and resort. We will incorporate your personal travel style, group size, budgets (yours and your guests)

• We recommend select products - each hotel, tour company and airline is carefully chosen to meet our high standards for quality and service. No guessing on our part, no worrying on yours
​
• Wedding Date: We will confirm the availability and reserve the date at your selected resort
​
• Wedding Consulting: 1 hour of personalized wedding consulting to help you with the overall wedding vision, tips and advice from the destination wedding experts!
​
• Meet and Greet: We will introduce you via e-mail and/or phone with the resort wedding coordinator, who will help plan the wedding reception and any additional events on site
​
• Group Travel Services: SKY will coordinate all of your group travel requirements from the day we start working with you until you return from your wedding and honeymoon. The SKY travel department will negotiate a group rate for air, hotel accommodation, travel protection, airport transfers, car rentals, tours and excursions
​
• Ground Transportation: Coordinate airport concierge services and private hotel transfers by coach, limousine, helicopter, or luxury vehicle
​
• Anniversary: Complimentary planning and booking of a first anniversary getaway, to be taken within 18 months of the wedding
The Seaside Soiree package includes all Ocean Vows in addition to the following:

• The Perfect Spot: Verify the availability and advise on a suitable ceremony and reception location at the resort
​
• It’s all in the Details: Consult on the intricate details of your ceremony and reception, including design on overall wedding vibe, colour and theme ideas

• For the Foodies: Advise on menu options and creating wedding menu with caterer and on site wedding coordinator
​
• Other Tips: Assist with formal invitations, other printed material, unique wedding favours, DIY decorations and wedding accessories
​
• Flowers: bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, altar decoration
• Bride and Groom spa services: make-up, hair styling, manicures, pedicures, massages, including bridal party

• Wedding cake: flavours, design, toppers, and more
• Wedding Music: soloists, bands, DJ, etc. ipod’s and docking station

• Officiate: Judge

• Photography: photojournalistic style, posed portraits, engagement shoot, Videography Ceremony and Reception

• On Site SKY consultant: SKY will send a destination wedding consultant to the resort before your wedding to make sure you can relax and spend time with your guests. The consultant will oversee all of the day-of details for your wedding ceremony and reception

• Highly discounted wedding items: we have partnered up with one of the biggest wedding wholesalers in the industry... Weddingstar. We pass along 20%- 40% savings on all of the latest items!
The Island Brides Collection includes all Ocean Vows, and Seaside Soiree services in addition to the following:

• 100 hours of planning - included is a 24/7 communication for the busy couple, so there is always someone tending to your event. This is an exclusive service
​
• Coordinating additional events: SKY will plan an additional event, anniversary, destination reunions, private celebrations for everyone in your group for up to two years after travel.

• What’s in a word: send us your speeches ahead of time and we will have them edited to sound perfect on your special day
​
• Overall Management: Take charge of the entire wedding process maintaining full communication with all vendors on your behalf.
​
• Spa service: Book all additional spa appointments for the bride and groom, as well as the bridal party and parents of the couple.
​
• Trend Updates: Receive e-mails from your SKY wedding consultant on destination wedding trends, style, decor, gift bags and more great ideas for your wedding. This is amazing during the planning process.
